These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CraveLog – Food Cravings mobile application (the "App"), operated by Takoji LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the App for any illegal or harmful activities
  • Attempt to access or interfere with our systems
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the App
  • Use the App in a way that disrupts its functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

4. User Content

The App allows you to submit and store content, including food logs, cravings, emotions, and notes ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.

All payments and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.

We do not control billing, refunds, or payment processing.

6. Health Disclaimer

CraveLog is not a medical or healthcare application.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any insights or information provided by the App are for personal awareness only and should not be relied upon as medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

7. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may:

  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Update the App
  • Suspend or terminate the App at any time

We are not liable for any interruptions or changes to the App.

8. Account Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We are required to do so by law
  • Continued access may cause harm or risk

Upon termination, your right to use the App will end.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Takoji LLC or its licensors.

You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Takoji LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
